To maintain the integrity of the double-blind peer review process, authors must ensure that their manuscripts do not contain any identifiable information. This includes:

  • Author names
  • Institutional AƯiliations
  • Country Details
  • Acknowledgements or refences to previous work that could reveal identity.

Please anonymize all self-references where necessary and ensure that the manuscript is free from metadata that could disclose author identity

Authors are expected to thoroughly proofread and finalize their manuscript before submission. No changes will be permitted after the initial submission until the review process is complete.

If the manuscript is accepted, authors will be given the opportunity to make minor revisions prior to the camera-ready submission. These revisions should focus on improving clarity, structure, or addressing reviewer feedback.

IMITEC 2025 Review Process

All submissions to IMITEC 2025 will undergo a rigorous double-blind peer review. To ensure anonymity during the review process, authors must not include any identifying information in their manuscripts. This includes:

  • Author names and institutional aƯiliations
  • Self-referencing that could reveal identity (Example, “In our previous work…”)
  • Acknowledgements or funding disclosures

Each paper will be reviewed by a minimum of two technical committee members with expertise in the paper’s subject area. Submissions will be evaluated on the basis of the following criteria:

Originality: The work should present novel ideas, innovative approaches, new tools or frameworks, or original research findings. Papers that oƯer new insights or reinterpret existing knowledge in a compelling way are especially encouraged.

Significance: The paper should address important challenges, contribute to advancing the field, or demonstrate practical or theoretical impact. Submissions that tackle real-world problems or introduce transformative concepts are particularly valued.

Technical Quality: All claims must be well-supported by theoretical analysis, experimental results, or relevant data. Appropriate references to related work should be included and the methodology must be sound.

Clarity and Presentation: The manuscript should be clearly written, logically organized, and accessible to a broad technical audience. The contributions should be easy to identify, and results should be eƯectively communicated.

Relevance: Submissions must align with one or more of the designated tracks or themes of IMITEC 2025

Engagement: Papers that demonstrate a clear connection to community or industry needs, propose interactive components, or are likely to generate significant interest from conference attendees are encouraged.

We look forward to high-quality submissions that push the boundaries of innovation and research in intelligent systems, emerging technologies and computing.
